I'm happy to see that Ken Stabler got this position. I really like watching NASCAR, it's such great car racing! I agree with the previous commenter that you shouldn't mix wine and driving, but you can definitely watch while drinking excellent California wine!

The only point I want to make here is that every review I read about a club or nightclub is quickly outdated as new clubs open somewhere else in town. As far as comparing cities is concerned, Melbourne wins hands down every time! In my view other cities just don't get it.

Hi -
Couldn't resist commenting on Murphys since I go there frequently. Next time you get up there, check out Zucca Mountain. They are right next door to the Murphys Hotel. Carole & Gary Zucca make outstanding wines including Syrah, Zin and Barbera (among others). Great people - you would enjoy meeting them.
Also check out Val du Vino at the end of town (in the old barn where Black Sheep used to be). The wine is made right there - proprietors are Jonathan and Jeannine Hebel. Again, very nice folks with some nice wines.

Good for him - good for the spectators. It certainly would have turned up the excitement to have such a well-known personality helping out with the event. Good to see! Hopefully the wine and the driving don't mix, though…
