I'm an experimental cook who loves to drink wine and travel. I've been an entrepreneur from the age of 17 when I had my own fudge company. For the past 28 years I have been a full-time wife and a mother of two sons. My professional life has included being a full-charge bookkeeper, developing and running a gourmet food gift basket mail order company, Whet Your Appetite! After that I went to culinary and travel agency schools and earned certificates from each. I was fortunate enough to go to Paris for an externship and work at a patisserie for a month. I have traveled through most of United States, Canada and Mexico. Abroad I've been to Israel, England, Beijing, Hong Kong, India, Costa Rica, New Zealand, Cook Islands, and through most of Europe.
